I have had the opportunity to have Mr. Mike as my therapist. He is very straightforward forward which is something I greatly appreciate and also guided me in different points of view on my day-to-day life. I have been able to have better sleep and manage stress. Many of the techniques I’ve learned from Mr. Mike have helped in my everyday thought process, especially with negative thoughts. I feel better which is something I’ve been working toward and having Mr. Mike as a therapist has greatly helped me to achieve better mental health.
