I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate (#204508) in the state of Texas under Dr. Mike Bishop’s (#302) supervision.

Hello, and thanks for visiting!
My clients are individuals and couples who have reached a dead end and need help getting turned around, or moving forward, past some obstacle. Could be depression, anxiety, grief, burn-out, relationship conflict, family problems, work problems, stress, or anything else that is keeping them from experiencing the happiness they deserve.
My approach to psychotherapy and the healing relationship is informed by a variety of professional and personal experiences. As a GM with Fortune 500 big-box retail companies, I’ve been coaching and counseling individuals and teams for almost 20 years, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve success. As a language teacher living and working overseas, I broadened my awareness and appreciation for ways of life much different than my own. My spiritual journey led me to study Christian theology at Brite Divinity School and later to Eastern thought. My practice as a counselor and therapist lies at the intersection of Western science and Eastern wisdom.
